This isn’t Becca, it’s Jason. In fact, Becca doesn’t even know I’m making this post. Because she is surely sleeping. It can be exhausting being Practically Perfect, you know. Also, Because she is sleeping, she doesn’t know that I am home sick today. If she did, she’d be scolding me to be in bed, rather than posting on her site. So in spite of my less than stellar health, I feel delightfully naughty in just the spirit of this site.
This bearly has anything to do with this post. It just amused me.
We want to celebrate LadyorNot.com having its first 1000+ view day yesterday and also exceeding 20,000 total views! Also, LoN will likely get its 100th subscriber today. The beautiful, bodacious, brilliant Becca has accomplished all this is just over two months after beginning this blog. She works incredibly hard to produce original, funny content and to grow her audience. It’s become more than a full-time job for which she’s not paid– in anything but the loyalty of her readers, who appreciate her even when she’s (self-professedly) not funny.
So CONGRATULATIONS Becca!

LOL I may in fact be that 100th subscriber, I found LoN blog yesterday because I got a like from Rebecca and found I enjoyed this blog, so I started following. It is a fun blog which I find very entertaining.

I’m impressed with how well the site is doing, though I shouldn’t be surprised, since Becca is practically perfect. In fact, my blog saw a spike in traffic simply because she mentioned me in a post. Pretty soon her blog will be world-famous and we can all collaborate on a Lady Or Not book followed by a TV series on CBS. Then she will no longer need to supplement her income by selling snowmen arms. Congrats, Becca. You’re awesome.

You know it happened two days in a row, the second better than the first. I had a big audience to start. I have been writing for years in various forums and journals. When I started Lady or Not…Here I Come, I told those places and my personal friends on facebook. They shared and it grew from there. I answer every comment, but I am sure all bloggers do.
